342 Families Have Occupied Jatinegara Barat Flat

There were three residents of Kampung Pulo, Melayu Urban Village, Jatinegara, East Jakarta, returned the Jatinegara Barat flat's key since they refused to convert their ID card based on the domicile.

Those three people admitted have another place to live

Those three residents are Abdul Rojak who live in RT 05/03, Kampung Melayu, Jatinegara, with ID card number 3201350311600005, Tita Rustiana who live in RT 13/02, Kampung Melayu, Jatinegara with ID card number 317503661277007, and Amri Nasir who live on Jalan Pisangan Baru III No. 13, RT 06/06, Pisangan Baru, Matraman, with ID card number 3175010909760006.

The refusing because already have a house in different place.

Tens of Kampung Pulo Household Took Flat's Key

Sayid Ali, Head Unit of Rented-Flat Management Area III for Jakarta Dept. of Housing and Governmental Building, said that 437 out of 520 families who have the right to live in the flat are already registered up to Friday (8/21). Of the number, 342 families have taken the key.

Converting the ID card based on the new domicile is the requirement to get the key.

"Those three people admitted have another place to live," he said.

He added that converting the ID card will ease the officer monitoring the flat's occupants. They will not easily sell or handed over the unit.

"It will be detected quickly," he added.
